Architectural Design and Drawing Services

Who we are

A Personal Service

Impact Design was established in 2004 by Tony Brandon, a former Quantity Surveyor with over 40 years’ experience in the Construction Industry working alongside Architects, Engineers, Builders and Planning and Building Control professionals.

After a pause in activity between 2015 and 2022, the business has been re-launched and is open to receive new enquiries

What we do

Our services

Impact Design specialises in domestic scale projects; house extensions, internal alterations, loft and barn conversions and can prepare drawings and supporting documents for planning and building control applications.

All drawings are produced using Computer Aided Design  systems and applications submitted electronically.

Why us

Forty Years Experience

As a homeowner myself, I know the issues that concern people when taking the decision to extend or carry out alterations on their property.  As a former Quantity Surveyor and Cost Planner with over 40 years experience in the Construction Industry, I also have a good understanding of the process to get from initial ideas to realisation. As a sole trader business, I offer a bespoke economic and personal service to residential clients without the overheads of a larger architectural practice.

Finding the right company to work with when extending and rebuilding a listed building is always a difficult issue. I can honestly say that working with Tony Brandon at Impact Design has been both rewarding and inspirational.

His attention to detail (literally detailing every stone) has produced what the listed buildings officer said in his formal report was “an extraordinary and outstanding job”.

I have no hesitation in recommending Impact Design as I know Tony will bring dedication and sensitivity to any project.”
